Job Description
Expected to assist in office management:
- General admin works in the office taking care of requirements on office physical set-up, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordination with internal and external parties.
- Managing records, files, plans and other documents.
- Setting up meetings / discussions.
- May be given other assignments to contribute to more efficient office/unit operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 10-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
