Job Description
- Analyze project specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs
- Work closely with Managers to align estimates with timelines and objectives
- Participate in pre-construction meetings, providing cost-related expertise
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality
- Will attend site-meeting with clients, pre-bid meetings, site inspection or any project meetings that require his or her presence
- Will work hand in hand in sourcing, preparation and coordination of required/ordered materials
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
