Job Description
CALLMAX SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Remote Estimator and Takeoff Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of estimating, from takeoff to final estimate, while collaborating closely with our in-house and remote teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full estimating process: takeoff, quantity calculations, and cost estimation.
- Review and finalize estimates for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with clients regarding estimates, questions, and clarifications.
- Coordinate with project managers to integrate estimates into workflows.
Qualifications:
- Experience in estimating and takeoff in the construction industry.
- Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam).
