Job Description
The Role: Our Estimators focus on delivering accurate quantity surveying and cost estimation for various projects, notably medium to high complexity commercial fit-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret client requirements and prepare tenders.
- Prepare detailed measures and scope of works.
- Assist in obtaining quotations for procurement.
- Identify and quantify cost factors.
Skills: 2+ years of estimation experience, tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, and experience in the Australian construction industry.
Salary: Php45,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month.
