Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct material quantity takeoffs from construction drawings.
- Prepare cost estimates and collaborate with suppliers.
- Maintain communication with project managers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Experience in construction estimating, preferably concrete flatwork.
- Proficient in estimation software.
