Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced ETO Performance Test Lead to join our team. As an ETO Performance Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the performance testing efforts for our organization’s ETO (Engineered-to-Order) projects.
Your main responsibilities will include creating performance test plans, developing test scenarios, executing performance tests, analyzing test results, and providing recommendations for performance improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful implementation of performance testing strategies.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in performance testing methodologies and tools, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with ETO systems and a solid understanding of performance testing in a complex engineering environment would be highly advantageous.
