Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our team. As an Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning and execution of various events. Your responsibilities will include coordinating logistics, managing event registrations, and providing on-site support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and organization of events
- Coordinate event logistics, such as venue arrangements and equipment setup
- Manage event registrations and attendee communication
- Collaborate with event vendors and suppliers
- Provide on-site support during events
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in event planning or a similar role is preferred but not required.
