Job description:
Responsible for handling the sales and sign-ups for events – sourcing participants, delegates, and attendees for providing assistance in ingress and egress of events.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handles sign-ups and sales for events
- Responsible for sourcing event participants and delegates through lead generation and telemarketing
- Sources and maintains communications with participants; coordinates and monitor event timelines; reviews and analyzes evaluations
- Coordinates the preparation of marketing collaterals for programs and events
- Manage inquiries for the events
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Good project management skills. Can lead, motivate, and handle staff
- Experience in sales/marketing and social media will be an advantage
- High integrity and ethics. Can manage budgets and profit & loss analysis
- Performance and goal-oriented
- Can be taken as Manager or promoted based on performance
- Have their own laptop
- Willing to work fully on-site
- Knowledge in handling Corporate events is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
