Job Description
The Peninsula Manila seeks a detail-oriented Events Executive to support its Events team in Makati. This role provides comprehensive administrative support, including minute-taking, file and gift inventory management, correspondence, maintenance of the Shiji accounts database, and preparation of event and travel request forms and presentations. The Events Executive will also coordinate with internal departments to meet operational and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- College graduate with at least one year of hotel experience
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with PMS/Opera and Shiji systems
