Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Executive Architect to join our team. The Executive Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of architectural projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements, adhere to industry standards, and stay within budgetary constraints.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the client to determine project goals, objectives, and specifications
- Developing architectural designs and solutions that are innovative, functional, and sustainable
- Preparing and presenting project proposals, including timelines and cost estimates, to management and clients
- Managing a team of architects and coordinating with other professionals, such as engineers and contractors, throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and make recommendations for improvements
The ideal candidate for this position must have a solid background in architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Strong technical proficiency in CAD software, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills, are essential.
