Job Description
Assist the Managing Director in organizing, monitoring, and implementing proper control within the organization. Oversee that all instructions from the Managing Director are properly implemented. Monitor reports and address concerns by the Managing Director.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant/Secretary
- Tasks include organizing files, preparing documents, and scheduling appointments
- Excellent communication skills and pleasing personality
- Must be willing to work in Sampaloc, Manila
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift

- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
Experience:
- 1 year as a Secretary/Executive Assistant (Required)
