Job Description
Provides secretarial and clerical assistance to the President and Director.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives, screens, and directs incoming phone calls and documents.
- Coordinates meetings and schedules of the President and Director.
- Handles and monitors financial accounts.
- Performs other tasks that may be considered necessary from time to time.
