Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and providing administrative support. The Executive Assistant will serve as a crucial link between executives and various stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
