Job Description
DATABLAZERS INC. is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks.
Your primary responsibility will be managing essential follow-up tasks, ensuring our specialists can focus on their core duties. Key tasks include:
- Updating client records in our CRM.
- Cross-referencing data from client information packs.
- Managing key contact dates and team notifications.
- Sending standard client communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of admin experience
- Strong IT and CRM skills
- Excellent multitasking abilities
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
