Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of an Executive Assistant at Doxa7 Solutions, Inc. are but not limited to:
- Executive Support: Manage executive email and calendar, prioritize tasks, handle correspondence, and support the executive’s brand.
- Managing Up: Optimize executive’s time, anticipate problems, and provide timely information.
- Effective Communication: Act as the first point of contact, handle internal and external communication.
- Anticipating Needs: Understand executive’s preferences, prepare materials, and address scheduling conflicts.
- Meeting Management: Project management, ensuring alignment with priorities, and holding team members accountable.
- Personal Assistance: Support executive in personal areas such as appointments and home needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Improve executive efficiency through process streamlining.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From Php40,00.00 per month
