Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate (fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply)
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Must have a pleasing personality.
Job Description:
- Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Organization: Maintain filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring efficient organization and retrieval of information.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing meeting materials.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are addressed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
