Job Description
Famous Belgian Waffles is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to manage the executives’ calendars, take minutes, and assist with administrative tasks. You will ensure efficient coordination, allowing executives to focus on their responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle confidential documents
- Organize records and files
- Manage all correspondences
- Make travel arrangements and monitor budgets
- Assist with tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office, Canva, and tech-savvy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Residing in Antipolo, Marikina, or nearby areas
