Job Description
- Organizing meetings, scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering when needed.
- Handling phone calls professionally.
- Welcoming visitors, understanding their purpose, and directing them to the right department.
- Managing the executive’s calendar, making appointments, and prioritizing tasks.
- Serving as the main contact between the manager and clients.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
