Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team at GAB, with deployment in Quezon City (around West Avenue).
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative assistance such as writing/editing emails and preparing executive communications.
- Maintaining accurate records and performing minor accounting duties.
- Organizing meetings, managing calls, and welcoming visitors.
- Managing the executive’s calendar and handling other personal matters as needed.
Schedule: 6 days a week with Saturday shifts.
Job Type: Full-time, Fresh Graduate. Pay: Php 18,00 – Php 25,00 per month.
