Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, be proficient in office software, and capable of multitasking effectively.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with project coordination. The Executive Assistant will serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, requiring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
