Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our team.
- Provide administrative assistance including writing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
- Perform minor accounting duties.
- Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and manage catering.
- Answer phone calls professionally and welcome visitors.
- Manage the executive’s calendar and prioritize sensitive matters.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Benefits: Flexible schedule, Paid training, Work from home
Experience: 1 year as Executive Assistant preferred
Language: Proficiency in English preferred
