Job Description
Human Resource Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our Chairman and Executives. Key responsibilities include preparing and serving meals, overseeing the Private Dining Room and Kitchen, managing petty cash for pantry supplies, and facilitating document transactions between departments.
The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the department vehicle and possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English is preferred.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a monthly salary of Php17,00.00 to Php20,00.00. Benefits include flexible scheduling, life insurance, and a 13th-month salary.
