Job Description
The Gastro Club Co. is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant for a full-time hybrid position (Monday–Saturday midshift, flexible). Key duties include presiding over meetings and taking minutes; managing executive schedules and deadlines; overseeing cash-in/cash-out and Cash for Remittance (CFR) reporting in the Accounting group chat; processing fund loads via designated portals; and performing ad-hoc tasks.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; excellent interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, time-management and organizational skills; initiative and reliability.
- Fresh graduates with a strong track record are welcome. GoTyme account preferred but not required.
Compensation starts at Php16,00/month. Work-from-home options available; in-person attendance required as needed.
