Job Description
- Monitors activities of supervising executive to prevent over-lapping of schedules.
- Gathers pertinent data from the supervising executive for report preparation.
- Provides administrative support for committee meetings, follow-ups, and pending matters.
- Generates reports, coordinates correspondences, and performs administrative tasks.
- Ensures prompt distribution of important instructions/documents.
- Screens calls, welcomes guests, maintains records, and schedules appointments.
- Organizes filing system for documents including confidential files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
