Job Description
Is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives. Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
Specific Job Functions
- Manage scheduling/arranging meetings, sending invitations and reminders.
- Coordinating the schedule with the rest of the office staff.
- Schedules and participates in internal and external meetings and takes notes on action items and minutes.
- Manages multiple calendars with meetings scheduled in different time zones.
- Monitors the status of tasks of the corporate team members and ensures these are completed on the set deadline.
- Prepares and sends contracts to clients.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in the field.
- College Degree.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php300,00.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Performance bonus
