Job Description
To provide overall support to the COO and Managing Director He/ She will ensure effective management of the day-to-day activities for the office.
Responsible for managing the schedule of meetings and other activities.
Provide efficient administrative support in cascading important announcements and corporate communications.
Arranging travel for the Managing Director and coordinating meetings.
Organizing and maintaining files, must be a college graduate with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
