Job Description
Summary:
As an Executive Assistant at Go Beyond Limits Outsourcing Solutions, you will handle administrative tasks such as answering emails, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. The role requires a proactive approach to managing projects independently and delivering high-quality work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendar management tasks and appointments
- Perform administrative tasks like bookkeeping and data entry
- Create visual communications for events or social media
Qualification Standards/ Required Knowledge:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Familiarity with technologies like desktop sharing and cloud services
- Proficiency in MS Office and online scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
