Job Description
The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of Sales Directors. Responsibilities also include preparing Consolidated Sales Report for Management Committee meetings, performing administrative roles, and supporting the Project Sales Team in handling sales queries, concerns, and processing sales-related paperwork.
- Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Marketing or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience as a sales coordinator or Executive Assistant.
- Establish active communication with Sales Team, attend sales training, coordinate with clients, and maintain confidentiality with sales data.
- Hardworking, willing to work long hours, and function with minimum supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month
