Job Description
A reputable company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
