Job Description

Rotopack Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant. We require a college graduate in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or other related fields, with proficiency in MS Office.

Duties will include:

Providing administrative assistance such as writing emails and drafting memos.
Maintaining accurate records and performing minor accounting tasks.
Organizing meetings, managing the executive’s calendar, and handling travel arrangements.
Welcoming visitors and answering phone calls professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month.
