Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant in the Sales Organization. This role will support senior executives in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communication.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports
- Handle inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software, and have a strong attention to detail. Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
