Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant / Secretary to join our dynamic team.
As the Executive Assistant / Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to our senior executives. Your responsibilities will include managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence and reports, and handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be expected to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
