Job Description
Shanghai Oriental Textile Corporation is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our executive team based in Sta. Mesa, Manila. Your primary responsibilities will include managing business-related tasks such as creating reports, organizing travel, and taking minutes during meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial documents and reports.
- Answer calls and manage correspondence.
- Assist with bookkeeping and filing tasks.
- Conduct research and prepare documents.
- Arrange travel and manage office supplies.
