Job Description
Position: Executive Assistant
Company: Sphere Rocket VA
With bookkeeping abilities/payroll and assigned management of our GHL CRM.
Needs thorough knowledge of QBO and Gusto. I can train everything else.
Experience and Proficiency
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- List of tools or apps that the client would like the VA to be familiar with:
- QBO (must)
- Google Calendar (must)
- Calendly (must)
- Gusto (advantage)
- GoHighLevel (advantage)
