Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to manage CRM activities using Realvolve, handle data entry, clean up, update information, and follow transaction management checklists. Duties include scheduling inspections, ordering signposts, managing compliance documents with DotLoop, and creating SOPs collaboratively. You will coordinate appointments for buyers and sellers, handle listing coordination, calendar management, scheduling meetings, and ensuring client care through follow-ups and organizing files with Gsheet & Gdrive. Other tasks involve creating team accountability sheets, weekly progress reports, and managing production reports. Future tasks include email management, travel coordination, and listing management using MLS.
Experience and Proficiency:
✔ Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
✔ Admin back-end support experience
✔ CRM management experience, preferably with Realvolve as a VA **IMPORTANT
✔ Experience using DotLoop is a plus
✔ Real estate experience working with agents or brokers
