Job Description
Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
Experience working as an EA or any office work experience.
Handling basic bookkeeping skills.
Filing and organizing documents
Recording meeting minutes
Have experience working with executives.
With a pleasing personality
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft tools.
Can work under pressure and minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
– Maintaining appointment schedules and calendar.
– Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
– Making travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings.
– Maximizing the executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf.
– Creating PowerPoint presentations.
Managing expenses.
– Conducting research on various topics.
– Providing customer/supplier support.
– Other executive admin responsibilities as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
