Job Description

Linked Helpers is actively seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant with proven work experience with US or Australian clients to join our team. This role requires the past 2-3 years of work experience at performing telemarketing and phone sales through cold callings to cold leads. You will utilize your expertise to upsell and convert cold leads into appointments successfully. Ideal for results-driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Starting Salary: PHP25,00 (Probation Period)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to upsell products/services.
  • Engage with cold leads to qualify their needs and close sales.
  • Maintain product knowledge for effective communication.
  • Keep accurate CRM records and provide administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of telemarketing or sales experience with US and Australian clients through cold callings.
  • Proven track record in upselling and cold calling.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
