Job Description

The Executive Assistant will manage mostly business-related tasks such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodations, taking minutes of meeting, and other organizational tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing reports, memos, invoices letters, financial statements, and other related documents.
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Preparing confidential correspondence, sorting mail, creating spreadsheets, creating/running reports and maintaining classified documents to ensure effective preparation of materials.
  • Must be able to review and understand financial statements, documents/contracts and make recommendations to revisions as needed.
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Handling and performing accounting related tasks.
  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
  • Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
  • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
  • Making travel arrangements for executives.
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
  • Providing general administrative clerical support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • Background and solid knowledge in Accounting/Finance is a plus.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the MS Office suite.
  • Strong discretion and confidentiality.
  • Highly organized and efficient on a daily workload by priorities.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php50,00.00 per month

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th-month salary

Expected Start Date: 02/05/2024
