Job Description
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Reviews all incoming documents, correspondences, and payment instructions
- Handles all matters and concerns relating to the Office Head
- Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree, 1-4 years of experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
