Job Description
Provide sophisticated calendar management for the Chief Operating Officer.
Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors.
Complete various administrative tasks to support the COO effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external affairs.
Conduct advanced clerical research, prepare reports, and manage correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, handle mail, and assist with projects.
Manage filing systems, maintain confidentiality, support other departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Company events, health insurance, staff meals, and more.
Schedule: 8-hour shift with overtime available.
Supplemental pay types include bonuses, commission, tips, and more.
