Job Description
PHP AEROSPACE TECHNICS INC. is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our General Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. Duties include screening calls and emails, drafting communications, and preparing reports and presentations.
The role involves coordinating logistics for meetings and events, taking notes, tracking action items, and acting as a liaison between the executive and various teams. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
