Job Description
1. A BACHELOR’S DEGREE GRADUATE OF ANY RELATED COURSE. A COURSE IN BUSINESS IS PREFERABLE.
2. WELCOMING VISITORS AND SCREENING VISITORS OF THE CEO.
3. PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE, SUCH AS WRITING AND EDITING EMAILS, DRAFT MEMOS AND PREPARING COMMUNICATIONS ON THE CEO’S BEHALF.
4. PERFORMS MINOR ACCOUNTING AND BOOKKEEPING DUTIES.
5. ANSWERING INCOMING CALLS IN A POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
6. MANAGES THE CEO’S DAY-TO-DAY CALENDAR, INCLUDING MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND PRIORITIZING THE MOST IMPORTANT TASKS AND MEETINGS.
