Job Description

Basic Purpose/Job Summary:

  • To provide support and perform administrative duties for company executive(s).

Responsibilities:

  • To perform secretarial and administrative duties.
  • To organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • To maintain various records and documents for company executive(s).
  • To draft, review contracts on behalf of company executive(s).
  • To answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive.

Qualification:

  • Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in any business-related courses.
  • Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Must able to perform clerical accounting duties.
  • Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Must be highly organized and with keen attention to detail.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, cutting across all levels of an organization.
  • Must be resourceful, have initiative, and possess strong leadership skills.
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, and hardworking.
  • Must be adaptable and flexible.
  • Must be willing to work in the Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Job Type: Full-time
