Job Description

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team at Westbay Colleges, Inc. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks and providing support to our senior-level managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars and schedule meetings
  • Utilize strong writing and review skills, especially in PowerPoint presentations
  • Track daily expenses and prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
  • Act as an office manager by monitoring and restocking office supplies
  • Format information for internal and external communication such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls, as well as distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system

Skills:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Creative and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
  • Preferably an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php30,00.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Paid training

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th-month salary
  • Overtime pay
