Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Manage inbox/email to ensure efficient communication.
- Take minutes during meetings to maintain records.
- Enhance customer service by addressing and solving queries.
- Modify the website, create product listings, and add graphics.
- Manage email campaigns using Klaviyo.
Tools You’ll Use:
- ClickFunnels 2.0
- Klaviyo
- Shopify
- ChatGPT
Who We Are Looking For:
- A problem solver with a DC personality type according to DISC.
- Resourceful, with the flexibility to adapt to changes.
- Organized, people-oriented, and creative.
- Experience in customer service and email management.

Details:
- Number of VAs to Hire: 1
- Hours per Week: 40+ hours
- Hourly Rate: $5 per hour
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break)
- Time Zone: EST
- Expected Outcome: Drive revenue by effectively implementing marketing goals to boost sales.
