Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Executive Capability Development / Trainer to join our team in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the capabilities and professional skills of our executive-level staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Create and deliver engaging training modules using a variety of instructional techniques, including workshops, e-learning, and presentations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and design customized programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in executive capability development.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A strong background in healthcare, with a deep understanding of the industry’s challenges and requirements.
- Proven experience in delivering training programs to executive-level staff, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Aptitude in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
