Job Description
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts and meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience.
- At least 2 years of high-volume professional cooking experience, specifically in traditional hot & cold Japanese cuisine.
- Proficiency in kitchen management and budgeting to control costs.
- Strong food preparation skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Deep understanding of the food industry and current trends.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to pass a background test.
- Capability to create innovative menu items.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Davao City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Professional cooking: 2 years (Preferred)
