Job Description
This position is responsible for the supervision of the work of a team of kitchen personnel, thereby maintaining high standards of food preparation and service in the kitchens.
As the right hand of the Director of Culinary, you will set and maintain standards to SWISSOTEL Clark’s expectations, ensuring smooth departmental operations. Your role includes optimizing resources to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction, executing kitchen team training, and motivating colleagues.
Your experience and skills should include:
- Previous 5-star Hotel experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven leadership and management qualities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Additional languages and local dialect understanding are advantageous
- Professionalism, people management, and business acumen
