Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and highly competent individual to join our team as an Executive Director Incident Management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of incident management within our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for incident management.
- Lead and coordinate the incident management team.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders.
- Analyze incident reports and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent future incidents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in incident management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
