Job Description
Purpose:
Responsible for formulating policies and strategies, planning, leading, organizing, controlling, and evaluating overall housekeeping operations within the established guidelines and standards of the Hotel. The role aims to achieve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and defined goals and revenues of the department and organization.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course
- More than ten years of working experience in housekeeping, three years in a managerial role in a first-class hotel
- Strong grasp of industry standards and practices related to housekeeping operations
- Established network connections in the industry
- Exposure in crisis management and emergency procedures
- Strong business sense, leadership skills, and communication abilities
- Computer literate and capable of conducting trainings
